At Cuddle-Wear, we aim to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

To begin the return process, contact us at realcuddlewear.info@gmail.com, and our team will guide you through the steps. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
